Shaikh Al Badi son SE,AK Dalik Al Badi now offered at public stud. Tom McNair (who was intending to lease Dalik until Tom became ill) said of Dalik: "This horse was bred to trot and should pass it on". Well, he has extreme trot and does pass it on. For various reasons, Dalik has been a beloved backyard pet. Now you have the chance to put some of yesterday's most prominent bloodlines up close in your breeding program.

After being "discovered", Dalik was shown Native Costume, in two Class A Region 12 shows, seasons '01 & '03, and was awarded Champion and Reserve, respectively. In '04, Dalik was in a serious accident, shattering his cheek and ripping a hole near his throatlatch. He consequently has bone fragments in his head, poll and a blind left eye. He was fortunate to survive. This illness is why he appears a little "down in the back" in the video clip. On a good day, he still trots over-level in his pasture. He has plenty of snort 'n blow but has the disposition of a true gentleman. He is very charismatic and commands your attention. Dalik exhibits extreme type. He's very upright, has thin black skin with short fine hair-coat, close-coupled, straight legged, good bone, big round feet, vertical tail carriage and that rare "always on" attitude so lacking in today's over bred Arabian.

He comes by his beauty and physical ability naturally. His sire, Shaikh Al Badi, needs no introduction. His dam, AK Dalika, was noted for her beauty and sold at Bentwood's 1986 sale in the six figures. She produced only Dalik in the USA before being sold to Morocco where she met an untimely passing.

One only has to start by looking at Dalik Al Badi's four grandparents: Morafic, Bint Maisa El Saghira, Sar Ibn Moniet AK Fanniya and you can see he was bred for greatness. You won't find many stallions of this quality with these greats so close in their pedigree. An unfortunate accident caused Dalik to miss his opportunity; don't miss yours; there just aren't that many of these guys remaining.

Immell -HF Moulin Rouge's Sire; Video

Below are some of Moulin's 06-08 Get: (click picture to enlarge)

Handsome (6th of 22 in the prestigious 2003 Egyptian Event Egyptian Breeders Challenge), tall (15.3+ hh barefoot), wonderful motion, stretchy with good reach on long, straight legs with nice short cannons under long forearms, free, well-muscled shoulder, a big round foot, pretty head with a full jaw, long, hooked neck, flat croup and regal tail-set. A beautifully bred stallion whose physicality and gentle disposition (he's all boy but a true gentleman to handle) are very reminiscent of his great-grandsire, Imperial Imdal.

His sire is the popular, 2006 EE Champion Stallion AATH, Champion Stallion AA 3 and over, plus Class A multi-champion halter stallion Immell whose sire Imtaarif was Senior Stallion & Grand Champion of the 2000 Egyptian Event.

Moulin's  dam is the beautiful Akyisha  who was sold to Israel and promptly went 2004 Reserve Champion Mare (having just had her foal weaned from her a few days prior -depicted in above picture). Her sire is El Matrabb (EE top-ten, multi-halter & performance champion)  by Legion of Merit Al Metrabbi++ . Akyisha is out of the revered champion producing mare AK El Sanaa who is an own daughter of the incomparable, Deenaa.

Moulin's pedigree is a virtual "wish-list" of many of the most desirous of champions and champion producers. He is the equal of his heritage.

Tail-Male= Ghazieh though Zaafarana

Tail-Female= El Dahma though Deenaa
